Great market opportunity. Weak middle management. Great product / market fit. Microsoft is currently in a transformation and there is a lot of changes.

Culture is going down hill, comp is going down hill and sales enablement is non-existent. Still stable and good for comp.

Microsoft offers a ton of opportunity for growth, networking, and selling big visions. The culture improved while I was there promoting teamwork over individual successes. Unbeatable benefits and resources to accomplish big things.
