Nice people to work with. Product can be complex so you need high motivation to stay well updated as it changes a lot. Incentive could be more motivating for a CSM.

You will learn a lot at this company as it is leading the AI revolution. Lot of big customers looking to solve tough challenges in the cloud and with AI. However, culture and leadership has taken a nose dive. There is a focus on "I' instead of "we" and a good chunk have agendas.
