I enjoyed my time working at Microsoft. However, I was not aware that we were apart of DSS and not corporate which made sense on why there was a pay difference and a difference in compensation.

Microsoft is a great workplace with great innovative products and support from peers. Competitive base and incentives for Sales, great health care benefits, discounted ESSP and 50% 401K match are marvelous.

You will learn a lot at this company as it is leading the AI revolution. Lot of big customers looking to solve tough challenges in the cloud and with AI. However, culture and leadership has taken a nose dive. There is a focus on "I' instead of "we" and a good chunk have agendas.
