My overall experiece was good. Internal promotions were very difficult to attain, hence why I decided to leave the org. I also felt that the pay was under market value. I did love the culture and flexibility though.

Great company to work in but it can get quite tricky from time to time as the number of stakeholders is huge, even for small accounts.

Positive, great place to work in Ireland and I have personally done very well. I do think the pay is slightly below industry average

I love working for Microsoft. However, in Ireland, many people are dissatisfied with the cost of living in Dublin compared to the compensation they receive from Microsoft.
