My overall experience left a lot to be desired from the Microsoft leadership. The teammates you have there are top notch and I highly recommend them, but management hired a few key bad people that made life there toxic.

They have zero idea what actual sales is, and instead rely heavily on their brand and customers who are wall to wall MSFT shops If you're looking for prestige of the brand it works, but if you're looking to expand your skillsets outside of anything other than MSFT product knowledge I would look elsewhere Their senior leaders in various divisions leading major groups...Read More

Microsoft is on a downward spiral with placing focus on earnings and not employees. I.E. - No COLA or Raises for 2024 after a solid/super strong prior year. Being told, "Be grateful", "Do more with less", "It is going to get worse before it gets better" (Spoiler alert, it is worse than it has been) is a consistent message from top down. Every. Single. Day.
