Current Employee4.7Feb 9, 2024Enterprise Azure Specialist. I think overall it’s a great role, comp is very competitive. We deal with complex and long sales cycles for mostly existing customers. It’s a mix between hunting for new workloads, expanding customers environment and dealing with internal cycles (pipeline, operations,etc)

Current Employee2.0Sep 15, 2023Microsoft is on a downward spiral with placing focus on earnings and not employees. I.E. - No COLA or Raises for 2024 after a solid/super strong prior year. Being told, "Be grateful", "Do more with less", "It is going to get worse before it gets better" (Spoiler alert, it is worse than it has been) is a consistent message from top down. Every. Single. Day.
