Current Employee4.1Jul 11, 2024Microsoft is one of the best tech companies to work for. A safe haven from layoffs (usually) and management is a lot more relaxed. You do not make the same at other tech companies (ie Salesforce). However, in my experience Microsoft is a much more relaxed company which has a well-being focus. Microsoft is one of the best tech companies to work for. A safe haven from layoffs (usually) and management is a lot more relaxed. You do not make the same at other tech companies (ie Salesforce).
