Extremely poor experience. Like at any large or small organization, if you have a toxic bullying manager, life is horrible. I had horrible managers and leadership there. Additionally the other associated team members were not helpful. I would advise against going to MSFT which is hard because of the reputation the org has. There are smaller shops that are hyper focused on a specific offering that will be better than MSFT. MSFT best offering is to bundle everything together to think you have more than you need while each product isn't best of breed.

Great products with terrible marketing and licensing decisions being made which affected sales cycles. Personally experienced incompetent sales engineering management who couldn’t do the job or find time to watch me do mine, yet could critique my capabilities despite winning multiple sales awards year after year.
