Current Employee My overall experience here was shaped by two contrasting realities: an exceptional product with strong market fit, and an incentive structure that often created friction rather than fueling performance. The technology is differentiated, the teams are talented, and the customer outcomes are real. However, compensation mechanics, quota-setting accuracy, and alignment between expectations and rewards were persistent challenges. With a more modern, transparent, and competitive incentive model, this organization could unlock far more of the talent and momentum already in place.
