There is absolutely zero urgency on pipeline being at historic lows, while quotas are at historic highs. Add to that DECCELERATORS on your commissions until you hit 50% of quota for the year. There's not enough pipeline to make that happen. Also, good luck being promoted within the company as they cap you at a 15% pay increase which means you will make significantly...Read More

We sell great products, but the comp is atrocious. Lower than market base salaries, and the commission plan is a nightmare to figure out. It is always wrong.
