I love the people I work with each day and the product is the best on the market. Compensation could be better. I am hopeful that our new CEO will address this is in the coming year

At the Enterprise level, we are expected to be doing outreach to the most senior levels, and thus we do not have assigned SDR/BDR's. We are expected to be proactive and aware of opportunities before getting an RFP.
