Horrible culture upper management has never sold in their lives. They have increased quotas, price of our product and lowered payouts so it’s a lose lose across the board. Will say we won’t lose on price but we constantly do as we are highest priced in the market.

Absolutely awful. Like, ridiculously bad. This company has taken many years off my life. Unrealistic quotas, terrible internal processes, management that is out of touch with reality and unsupportive, and a compensation and booking policy that belies belief.
