Benefits are fantastic. Unlimited PTO, sick time, paid parental leave, and a bunch of other options. Pay is decent, but about 20% less than the market rate for an organization this size. Culture overall is pedal to the medal like most sales organizations. Big emphasis on work hard play hard. Leadership varied depending on your team but there are some expert leaders across the org that you can learn a lot from and there are some leaders that you might not.
