Challenging culture: Lots of sales leadership turnover. Previous three CRO’s all let go. CEO founder got sued by board of directors/investors (since has been settled) but that is a bad sign of leadership Product Market fit is non existent. Just got ride of two of the products (ESG & Ethics) that OneTrust acquired but could not integrate into a platform.

Quotas we're so misaligned last year that maybe 1 - 3 reps hit quota last year. No acknowledgement from leadership.
