Good people, culture, environment, product (to an extent, when there is a regulatory need, not a ROI/Strategic need) bad that customers are small time, short term thinkers, dont see the strategy/vision and means we get stuck on budgets with low visibility on influential stakeholders or strategic thinking with clients. business is focused on making money on renewals/uplifts, new logo set up is poor. quota attainment is very low across the business.

Good company.. I worked there during peak covid and the company was so new that my quota and comp changed 3 times in less than a year. Company was growing so fast that the BDRs comp/training was not essential (understandable). Great people and great product I just wasn't ready for start up life for a first job.

Culture needs work - really enjoy the people there - very smart. Great product fit - not selling to customers but managing sales cycle
