bad that customers are small time, short term thinkers, dont see the strategy/vision and means we get stuck on budgets with low visibility on influential stakeholders or strategic thinking with clients. business is focused on making money on renewals/uplifts, new logo set up is poor. quota attainment is very low across the business.
