Overall OT is a decent company to work for. Leadership and vision is great and their efforts to innovate are starting to show. That said, the reputation amongst current customers is low due to some interesting revenue tactics of years past that burned bridges with current customers and drove them away. Also, the inbound lead and demand generation are seriously lacking from the marketing side of the house. After a year + I have only received 1 inbound lead that was reasonably qualified from in house demand generation.

Company is your typical tech giant. You are a number, sell sell sell. We were a smaller company, got acquired and watched them start axing people. Hit my numbers, still was laid off 2 years later. Don’t trust them, leverage to get a better job.

Good pay, over advertised avg deal and cycle. Poor retention of customers. Great leadership and culture. Across enterprise, commercial, and smb 50% quota attainment was where most landed if not below.
