Company is your typical tech giant. You are a number, sell sell sell. We were a smaller company, got acquired and watched them start axing people. Hit my numbers, still was laid off 2 years later. Don’t trust them, leverage to get a better job.

Don’t expect them to pay you on time. If your commission is wrong it’s going to take them another 60 days to fix it minimum. Convenient that it only happens on large commission amounts…

Good pay, over advertised avg deal and cycle. Poor retention of customers. Great leadership and culture. Across enterprise, commercial, and smb 50% quota attainment was where most landed if not below.
