The ECS (Enterprise Content Services) group had a fantastic sales culture without the politics. Many have been here 15, 20, even 25 years. Tons of experienced sales leaders and supporting team. The products are incredible and the territories large. Huge momentum closing dozens of multi million dollar deals. Overlay Global Account Team provides further strategic sales leadership to manage the $20-$40 million per year customers.

I've been with OpenText almost 15 years. Obviously I wouldn't have stayed this long if there was not good opportunities and they were an above average option in most dimensions.
