OpenText just keeps getting better and better! The new CRO is an absolute rock star and has been taking steps to up-level the entire sales org on how to do better every day. ECS group has outstanding leadership and talent. Many of the other business units are vastly improving as well. Our big bet on AI and Cyber will only compliment what we are doing well in ECS and should drive incredible growth. This is the place to be!

They had way too many sales people for the addressable market. Unless you had been there years and had premium accounts it was almost impossible to hit your number.

I’m in a business unit that rarely gets any leads from marketing or events, but we have a lower quota because we close bigger deals and have longer sales cycles.
