Great products. Professional working setting. Unfortunately budget is managed quite frugal so there are approvals for almost everything and marketing budget is very limited. As soon as an opportunity is there, the product convinces due to its superiority while being TCO-friendly. Can recommend.

The people and the culture at Oracle are, hands down, the best. Very autonomous role and leadership is very hands-off if you are doing well. If you are not doing well, there is lots of help in place.
