The products are fantastic and there is tons of innovation. However, it's imperative that you find a good management team at Oracle! Lots of changes in FY26- migrating to an account management vs. greenfield model and those with the account management role have a very limited set of accounts.

Overall I would recommend working for Oracle as a BDR. It's a great company to help build a strong resume. The one downside is the size of the company. It's really easy to get lost in all of the bureaucratic structure. If you do end up working for Oracle as a BDR or BDC just be prepared to work super hard but more importantly, work efficiently. It appears that the organization is trying and not doing. Hiding behind metrics and pipelines when it is about people and trust in the company. Many of cold calls I’ve made, the person replied don’t like this company, take me off your list.
