Heavily dependent on the team, it can be nice but most sales teams are toxic and the internal competition is worse than the external one. Some regions/markets have high demand, many don't. Lots of strange behavior

Really enjoyed my 3 1/2 years here. Oracle gave me a chance to get into technology sales and will always love them. Had some great years and made more money than I ever imagined I could make. Sometimes I wish I never left but got into the core tech org and it was a disaster. Someday I hope to come back.

The comp plans this year make it clear to the reps that they are just a number and if you do not like - good luck finding a better job elsewhere. Tech firms know that the job market is tough and they are deliberately paying people as little as possible. It is clear as day and totally unnecessary since most are beating targets across the board.
