Overall I would recommend working for Oracle as a BDR. It's a great company to help build a strong resume. The one downside is the size of the company. It's really easy to get lost in all of the bureaucratic structure. If you do end up working for Oracle as a BDR or BDC just be prepared to work super hard but more importantly, work efficiently. You'll be expected to perform and you won't be able to unless you do both. That being said, the BDR/BDC positions are given a lot of runway to make mistakes and tools and resources to learn from them.

OCI is not the Oracle of old. The culture and leadership it top notch with a very good product. Market visibility is not great but the name Oracle gets you into any conversation. Overall a solid job
