My experience has been more positive than not, there are a lot of good people in the organization. At times the organization adapted to improve sales processes very well but other times upper management can be out of touch with the day to day of the ICs. The although the OTE is lower than other roles on the market, the annual pay and chance to hit quota and total compensation was very fair. It is a safe job with low risk for PIP (never saw it happen to anyone) and easy to make 6 figures.

Oracle is a great place to work overall. Like any other Sales environment, it helps to have a sought after solution and good Sales leadership. I was lucky on both points.
