The base salary is lower compared to other players. The benefits are also just ‘ok’ (not terrible, but not good either). The new comp plans are very tricky, to be honest — lots of buffers, and quotas have increased by at least 100% YoY, even when territories don’t align with this potential or reps are achieving only 30% of their quota
