Great culture and the people are amazing. Pay was lower compared to many. Be ready for LOTS of changes around the organization constantly. You are measured on Setting meetings, converting to opportunities, and progressing those deals. Minimum 18 months in seat before having a chance to be promoted

It appears that the organization is trying and not doing. Hiding behind metrics and pipelines when it is about people and trust in the company. Many of cold calls I’ve made, the person replied don’t like this company, take me off your list.
