Oracle is a legacy company, where you join to learn the foundations and the basics of sales, many ex Oracle employees are top Execs in other major Tech companies, and having two to three successful years in Oracle, speaks a lot about one’s ability to sell in tough environments. The downside is that most ends up leaving at one moment or the other because if the base pay, as there is no salary raises, and the environment is highly political and toxic.

So far so good but early days -training is online and directionless but there is a fit for the tech in the market

The BD org was very siloed and lack of collaboration with other department. It happens when the organisation is growing and happens to be one of the biggest company in the industry. Compensation could be better.
