Former Employee3.7May 7, 2025Great culture and the people are amazing. Pay was lower compared to many. Be ready for LOTS of changes around the organization constantly. You are measured on Setting meetings, converting to opportunities, and progressing those deals. Minimum 18 months in seat before having a chance to be promoted

Former Employee2.6Feb 6, 2025Overall a negative experience. Quarterly layoffs to appease shareholders with little focus on customer satisfaction. Hard push for quarterly sales leads to lack of strategic focus and ends up with a fire sales every quarter. Leadership varies widely but overall company culture is very toxic

Former Employee2.6Jul 22, 2025Overall experience was frustrating. Oracle still operates like it is the early 2000's. Lack of integrity towards customers and employees. Lack of sales support, tools are internal and atrocious. Tech is amazing and the technical staff are some of the best in the world. Leadership is lacking and tied to spreadsheets.
