Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - specifically Cloud Venture, is a fantastic place to work. If you are an above-average rep and have at least a decent territory, you should be making at least 3x OTE and possibly more. There is a ton of upside and it's not difficult to hit quota. Sales cycles are long and complex, even for SMB. SMB is a misnomer here because accounts range from 0 - $2B in revenue.

The field sales role is not competitive salary unless you come from an outside company. If you start and promote from within, it is very difficult to increase your salary/OTE.
