SLED for 7+ years in inside and ran a very large field territory. Territories are small as a mature company. Like most orgs, if you survive inside sales and make it to the field- the pay is criminal. It was worth it for the experience but the pay was no where near commensurate with the value I added. No good enterprise sellers are left as Mark Hurd and Safra made sure that Oracle moved from the among the top paying SW orgs to the worst. Might be worth a stint as a stepping stone but very tough place to work

Not a lot of support from an onboarding perspective and very little support from a business development perspective.
