Performance based culture typically with longer sales cycles in the Fusion ERP space, many competitors and lower percentage of sellers hit quota as not all territories are created equal. There is always restructuring yearly. If you have a strong business acumen and structured sales approach you will be successful but it can take time.

My overall experience was positive however it was difficult to compete against the market leader and quotas were set so only 20% of the team would meet or exceed...the balance of the team had to fight and claw to be 90% or greater.
