Know that you are a number and no one cares about you as an individual in a company this size. You may hit quota for 5 out of 6 years and you'll still be sitting on a potential chopping block the first time you miss. Terrible inept leadership from Safra Catz who wouldn't even be the CEO if they weren't trying to appease DEI BS and if the Co-CEO (who was the real CEO) didn't die a few years back in Mark Hurd. Would not suggest working here unless you are in the early stages of your sales career and moving up through their business development program.
