Overall, Oracle is a great logo to have on your resume... however... constant "internal hiring freezes" slow down / limit upward mobility for sales reps to progress their careers. The market for the most part doesn't like Oracle because of their auditing practices. Oracle offers great products in the cloud infrastructure lane, however most customers have a bad taste in their mouth surrounding Oracle and make it very difficult for new reps to hit quota. Quotas are also entirely unrealistic for a majority of our org with only 4 of about 80 reps hitting quota as SDRs.

My personal experience has been mostly good at Oracle. Great sales enablement but politics to go with it. Money is good given the work life balance.
