Salary became stagnant, and my organization's growth is starting to slow. Not many people on my team (and org) and hitting their quotas. Great company to begin your sales career at, and will learn/develop a ton in the beginning. However, territory and product group is very important otherwise you may find it difficult to hit your number. Grateful for my experience at Oracle, but with a few years under your belt, there may be better opportunities out there.

Overall experience has been positive due to my prior leadership. Your experience is primarily dependent on who you work for and what they shield/protect you from.
