Leadership at this time was poor. They came from Dell and treated selling ERP like we were selling desktop computers. Very cold call centric without a lot of strategy.

The attitude and leadership style of your direct manager will make or break you at this company. I was fortunate to have good direct managers but my directors and above were “yes men” who didn’t have the interests of their teams in mind.
