My experience is that Oracle has a great portfolio of cloud solutions and a unique position in the market in the multi-cloud space. There is a broad based of long time customers that have the opportunity to move to cloud, so there is still plenty of potential. However, as with any other large organization, there are many processes to follow within deal cycles which can be frustrating. Also the objectives of Sr management and on the ground does not always perfectly align which can cause discussion. Overall good company to work for.

Overall experience was frustrating. Oracle still operates like it is the early 2000's. Lack of integrity towards customers and employees. Lack of sales support, tools are internal and atrocious. Tech is amazing and the technical staff are some of the best in the world. Leadership is lacking and tied to spreadsheets.
