Overall a negative experience. Quarterly layoffs to appease shareholders with little focus on customer satisfaction. Hard push for quarterly sales leads to lack of strategic focus and ends up with a fire sales every quarter. Leadership varies widely but overall company culture is very toxic

Overall experience was a good place to start but definitely didn't offer the training and development that other companies offer. Comp was low as well.
