Overall a negative experience. Quarterly layoffs to appease shareholders with little focus on customer satisfaction. Hard push for quarterly sales leads to lack of strategic focus and ends up with a fire sales every quarter. Leadership varies widely but overall company culture is very toxic

Salary became stagnant, and my organization's growth is starting to slow. Not many people on my team (and org) and hitting their quotas. Great company to begin your sales career at, and will learn/develop a ton in the beginning.
