My overall experience was negative. Culture is internally competitive and lacks collaboration and positivity. Leadership focusses most time on forecast and pipeline meetings beyond what could. be productive from deal progress. If you are not selling Oracle's core product it is easy for you to be pushed out of deals if you don't align to core rep's strategy. More so than other roles, Oracles seems to rely much more on luck for a good experience.

I'm in a true enterprise role but at an IC1, which is not common. So most Enterprise AEs are getting a higher base than I am and some on my team even have Director and Senior Dr. Titles.
