Legacy company who is struggling in the cloud market, customers and IT people see it as a "better to avoid" company/products because of his well known threatening licence policy (audit LMS). Lack of business ethics and lack of respect against customer and even more for employees. Worked there for 3.5 years as a cloud sales rep, happy to have left the company.

Poor executive leadership culture. Really only one word for it; toxic. I have to say everything you thought you knew about Oracle is true. Great products, great worker bees, poor leadership.
