Lots of people start and stop processes with out a strategy or goal . . . just trying to look busy. Otherwise a good place to work.

Former Employee3.7Jan 4, 2024My overall experience was positive however it was difficult to compete against the market leader and quotas were set so only 20% of the team would meet or exceed...the balance of the team had to fight and claw to be 90% or greater.
