Former Employee3.4Oct 9, 2023Really enjoyed my 3 1/2 years here. Oracle gave me a chance to get into technology sales and will always love them. Had some great years and made more money than I ever imagined I could make. Sometimes I wish I never left but got into the core tech org and it was a disaster. Someday I hope to come back.

Former Employee3.0Feb 24, 2024No initial training, went through 2 managers in one year and was eventually left without a manager. Part of widespread layoffs. Wasn't able to develop or really find footing in 2 years. Base comp good, stagegate to getting any variable pay of about 50%. Laid off right before landing 2.5m deal that took most of a year.
