Oracle’s main strengths are its great coworkers and strong compensation. The teams are filled with supportive, talented people who make the day-to-day experience far better. Leadership contributes to a negative overall atmosphere, with unclear direction and limited focus on empowering sales teams. Internal processes and systems are the most frustrating part—outdated, slow, and more cumbersome than anything I’ve seen in 10+ years in sales across multiple organizations. Great people, but a difficult environment.

High level of change in territory alignment and internal assignment has made it more difficult to perform as of late. There are also dwindling opportunities to move up in the company in current role.
