Overall selling for Oracle is still a solid role. The amount of cumbersome bureaucratic tools, processes and data maintenance is now utterly insane. But the market still engages Oracle as a leader, development is a relatively innovating org/fast follower of top trends and has a good product strategy and direction. There is too much overlap and territories are abysmally allocated. Way too management heavy as well.

Great culture and the people are amazing. Pay was lower compared to many. Be ready for LOTS of changes around the organization constantly. You are measured on Setting meetings, converting to opportunities, and progressing those deals. Minimum 18 months in seat before having a chance to be promoted
