Honestly a good first job to get your foot in the door. Extensive training so you're well prepared for everything you need in the role. However, promotion process does not look easy. Many people stay in the BDR role for almost two years which gets extremely frustrating. Organization is also all over the place and it seems like nobody in the company aligns on the same values. Overall, there are pros and cons to every company but Oracle is good enough for right now.

- hiring extremely aggressive managers with low to no managerial and people skills - focused on politics rather than business - no transparency towards customers and internal teams - very toxic environment where teams are encouraged to fight rather than cooperate - very slow systems - no promotion
