Current Employee Great product that sells well in the market. However, the Industry Sales Executive role for Fusion Applications is 100% feast or famine. What I mean by that is you can go multiple years without closing a deal. Leadership will not change your territory unless you suck up to them and find a way to strategically get better accounts. Tons of egos from leadership who'd rather lose a deal than bruise their ego. Very old school leaders who haven't adapted to the post COVID world. Territories are very lopsided. One rep may make half a million dollars and the other rep on the team is living below the poverty line. They need to make territories more even, find more transactional deal cycles or products for reps to sell, and eliminate internal siloes. You are fighting with other reps across the OCI, NetSuite, and Global Business Unit teams. You need to make one prime rep who can sell the full Oracle suite and not just Fusion or OCI. Also, you need 21st century sales tools so reps can have more opportunities to hit their number. You need an email sequencing tool like the one you sell, Elqoua. Browse Other Reviews
