Great upside, great mentorship (if you can find it - but the onus is on you to put yourself out there)... the job is entirely what you make of it. Oracle is very much "DIY" / figure it out on your own. Training is good but limited in terms of internal process, so you need to surround yourself with smart people - managers, SE's, architects, and other reps who can help you succeed. Fantastic company growth (see stock surge, Sept 2025). It is a great company to work for.
