There was no option for on-prem DB sales. Moving up from BDR to next steps, highly underpaid and overworked. There is always business to be found in a patch, but if you do not have a good patch, you will not excel and make good, consistent money. This is given the low base salary and upward mobility in the company. Otherwise, great company and lots of resources/good benefits available.

Overall toxic company to work for but I will say the opportunities offered for training and development are endless. Awful as a poc and woman they 100% play optics against you. Management sucks and profits off of the stress and hard work SDRs do. Directors are clueless but expect the world even though layoffs always happen.
