There was no option for on-prem DB sales. Moving up from BDR to next steps, highly underpaid and overworked. There is always business to be found in a patch, but if you do not have a good patch, you will not excel and make good, consistent money. This is given the low base salary and upward mobility in the company. Otherwise, great company and lots of resources/good benefits available.

3 weeks into the training program currently and really enjoying it. Austin campus and surrounding location is great, fun co-workers. Facilitators do a fantastic job of onboarding you forcing you to embrace being uncomfortable, while also providing structured learning tools and processes.
