Current Employee The people and the culture at Oracle are, hands down, the best. Very autonomous role and leadership is very hands-off if you are doing well. If you are not doing well, there is lots of help in place. The downside is the product is the last to join the cloud race and many companies are already in deep partnerships with the cloud market leaders and many people have a negative perception of Oracle due to licenses and Java. Overall, it's a great experience and if you are driven and put your mindset to it, you can easily achieve your number as an SDR. If you are not adapted to things constantly changing, then you would not like this culture. Things change almost every day as for quotas and management. Lastly, the training is hands down the best and this experience is easily applicable to other sales roles.
