They've now promoted a product dude to CEO and an Ops guy as CRO. They are the least charismatic people and I can't imagine them being able to win over strategic customers. In the current market it is probably best to be on the New Logo side here given the competition you face with current customers. Leadership has been a revolving door for 2 years which creates distractions.
