CRO, SVP, RVP and Enterprise Director all left 2 weeks ago. Sinking ship. Do not even apply. Check Glassdoor reviews. Only ONE person hit their number out of 21 in the enterprise segment with ONE deal. If they had not closed that deal, they would be at 0% quota attainment. You're expected to create AND close net new enterprise business in 3 months. Will never happen....Read More

Overall product is great. Marketing has hurt the org because no one knows what the possibilities are. New CRO is good, and gives me hope things can turn around. But culture is horrible, layoffs and restructures for no reasons, they prioritize meaningless kpi’s in a way that creates fake opps or we get hounded. High turnover of senior leadership and managers makes it hard to get an operating rhythm working successfully. So many cogs in the chain and processes to get small important tasks done. Culture and trust in leadership really gone down hill
