Outreach's leadership team is struggling. Getting things done internally is a huge undertaking. Strong reps, managers and leadership personas are being laid off--so the remaining good folks are jumping ship. I'd be cautious joining as the rise of AI across the industry will continue to make Outreach a difficult place to be succesful.

Good product but is extremely limited by ICP and is not set up well for non ICP.. competition comes from every angle even though this is the best product of all. Good company and great product overall.
